Yoga Practice teaches us to quiet the mind, listen, love and take care of our bodies. I work on five elements with my students;  Connect, Breath, Move, Focus and Relax.

As a teacher, it is important that the kids feel at ease.

Yoga practice can:

  • Enhance a child's capacity for emotional regulation,
  • Focus and good decision making
  • Center and calm themselves in any situation 
  • Find their strength and sense of being grounded and powerful
  • Discover body sensation coming through the eyes, ears, nose, skin and tongue
  • Sensing each feeling rising and falling
  • Observe both inside and outside themselves
